Our items are all printed to order, which means we do not keep an inventory. Because of this we cannot offer outright exchanges. However, we do replace missing or defective items.
What’s covered: product is missing, damaged or has a print error due to our mistake.
What isn’t covered: you ordered the wrong size, entered incorrect shipping information, or no longer want the product.
If your order was lost, damaged, or you received the wrong item, simply submit the form below with your order number and photos of any damaged goods. We will send out a free replacement—there’s usually no need to return the item(s) to us. In the event that the replacement has a problem, we will issue a refund for your order.
